This isn’t your typical vineyard party! We’re celebrating the launch of our NEW Trius Méthod Cuvé Close Sparkling wine with an unforgettable evening. Get ready to party with Canadian country artists, dancing, food trucks and stations, instagrammable moments, sparkling wine activations, and of course, Trius VQA wines by the glass.

Meet us at Hollywood and ‘Vine’ for a wine country version of a night at the drive in. With a glass of Trius wine in hand, enjoy a classic film favourite under a blanket of stars and surrounded by our idyllic vineyard. Gates open at 8:00 PM and your movie begins at dusk. Tickets include your seat along with one glass of wine in a souvenir glass.
Concession style snacks such as chips, chocolate and popcorn will be available for purchase on-site. We ask that you refrain from bringing outside food items.

Join Chef Jason Parsons and his culinary team for the Sunset Dinner Series at Riverbend Inn & Vineyard.
Situated al fresco on our Garden Patio, this French-influenced interactive dinner starts with a sparkling reception, followed by a four-course tasting menu with wine pairings, all curated to reflect the theme of the dinner. Two wines from the themed region will be showcased, along with two from our Andrew Peller portfolio that represent the classic style of the region. Each dish is introduced by the Chef, and each wine is explained by our wine expert. Guests will receive a theme-related bottle of wine to take home at the end of this unforgettable experience.

J.E.P Red XXIV Release Vineyard Party at Peller Estates

Celebrate the fourth release of our J.E.P Red at Peller Estates on Friday, July 11, 2025. Our J.E.P Red is a limited production of 62 cases and is a wine that blends eight unique red vintages (2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016) and three classic varietals (49% Cabernet Franc, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot). This wine celebrates the combination of four generations of family history, older lower yielding vines producing outstanding quality grapes from our own Carlton Vineyard, and a deep desire to create an “Iconic Red” for Peller Estates.
The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a welcome reception at the Terrace Wine Bar. You’ll enjoy a glass of sparkling while mingling on the patio. Dinner service will start at 7:30 p.m. and you’ll have the opportunity to indulge in different dishes from several food stations prepared by Executive Chef Jason Parsons and his culinary team. You’ll enjoy a glass of the newest J.E.P XXIV release with dinner and our cash bar will be open throughout the evening for additional beverages.
Throughout the evening, local band Avenue Inn will perform and we encourage dancing!

i4C Chardonnay Lunch & Tasting at Peller Estates

As Niagara welcomes the world of Chardonnay for the annual International Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration (i4C), join us at Peller Estates to taste your way through a variety of cool climate regions to discover their unique Chardonnay profiles. Our winemaking team will be joined by international guests from the UK and France.
Mingle with fellow wine aficionados as you participate in a tasting in our Chardonnay vines before sitting down on our Terrace Wine Bar patio for a multi-course lunch by Executive Chef Jason Parsons. His menu has been locally-inspired to complement the wines from our international guests as well as our own award-winning VQA portfolio.

Celebrate Chardonnay with some of Canada’s best! True to Trius Winery Restaurant’s philosophy of using local, Canadian products to create inspired wine-country dishes, we’re hosting Blomidon Estate Winery from Nova Scotia and Thirty Bench Wine Makers from the Beamsville Bench alongside our Trius wines.
Start in the vineyard with a sparkling reception alongside winemaker, Emma Garner. Then sit down to enjoy a 3-course menu that will pair perfectly with the featured Chardonnays that Executive Chef Frank Dodd has worked with local farmers, growers, and producers to create.
Enhancing this exceptional event, our winemaking team and partnering wineries will be present throughout. Engage in conversations, discover the stories behind the wines, and gain insights from these passionate experts.

Partnering with the International Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration (i4C), we are thrilled to host again the unforgettable signature event, “World Tour Tasting and Dinner” on Saturday, July 19th, 2025 at Riverbend Inn & Vineyards. Your evening will begin with an outdoor grand tasting of all the Chardonnays featured in i4C 2025. The night continues with a family-style dinner showcasing the i4C Winemaker’s favorite cool-climate reds, including Pinot Noir, Gamay, and Cabernet Franc. To cap it all off, join us for the “Aprés Chardonnay” bar, complete with live music and plenty of dancing to keep the celebration going.

Each dinner in the series will feature a unique, 3-course seasonal menu paired perfectly with our VQA Trius wines, highlighting the finest ingredients sourced directly from nearby farm stands.

Join us once a month for our uniquely themed Exclusive Pairing Experience. Hosted in our Private Dining Room in The Winery Restaurant at Peller Estates, this interactive dinner starts with a glass of our award-winning Ice Cuvée sparkling wine followed by a five-course tasting menu with wine pairings, all curated to reflect the theme of the dinner. Dinner themes are inspired by the seasons and their celebrations. One month the food menu may inspire the wine pairings, and the next month the wine menu may inspire the courses. Peller Estates Winery exclusive wines are highlighted, though certain treasures from our sister property’s portfolios may also be sampled.
Each dish is introduced by our Head Chef and each wine pairing is explained by one of our in-house wine experts. Guests will receive a theme-related bottle of wine to take home at the end of the experience.
