In his years overseeing The Winery Restaurant and Terrace Wine Bar at Peller Estates, Chef Jason Parsons has often looked across the vineyard toward Riverbend Inn and wondered, “What if?”
As his Peller Estates kitchen garden expanded from a small plot to a 10-acre farm, Chef Parsons’ dream to reimagine the culinary program at Riverbend Inn also took root.
That dream has become a reality when Chef Parsons and his talented culinary team launch their fresh take on Niagara French Bistro Cuisine at Oaklands Restaurant.
Chef Parsons’ ingredient-driven dishes will shine the spotlight on an ever-changing lineup of freshly picked produce and thoughtfully sourced proteins. These seasonal superstars will be accompanied by a carefully curated cast of award-winning Niagara wines and creative cocktails.

Our sister properties, The Winery Restaurant at Peller Estates and Trius Winery Restaurant, offer Lunch and Dinner daily from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. year-round.

Jason takes pride in combining his fine-dining experience with fresh, locally produced ingredients.
