As his Peller Estates kitchen garden expanded from a small plot to a 10-acre farm, Chef Parsons’ dream to reimagine the culinary program at Riverbend Inn also took root.

That dream has become a reality when Chef Parsons and his talented culinary team launch their fresh take on Niagara Farm Country Cuisine at Oaklands Restaurant.

Chef Parsons’ ingredient-driven dishes will shine the spotlight on an ever-changing lineup of freshly picked produce and thoughtfully sourced proteins. These seasonal superstars will be accompanied by a carefully curated cast of award-winning Niagara wines and creative cocktails.

Oaklands is a seasonal restaurant, we will be closed as of September 30 for Lunch and Dinner until the Spring. Our sister property, The Winery Restaurant at Peller Estates offers Lunch and Dinner daily from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. year-round.

The restaurant remains open for Breakfast daily for our guests and the public.
