With our comfortable boardroom on the first floor, our Coach House a few steps away, Riverbend Inn & Vineyard offers an intimate venue for any social or business event, with all of Niagara Wine Country at your disposal to add on an activity that will delight your guests. Plus, with Peller Estates just across the vineyards, the hotel has easy access to all of their event spaces.

The Riverbend Boardroom

Ideal for small corporate groups, our second floor boardroom provides immediate access to all guestrooms and Oaklands Restaurant. Access to the boardroom and restaurant can also be obtained through a full hotel buyout.

The Coach House

Flexible for numerous capacities, our Coach House can accommodate receptions or a variety of seated banqueting events, with catering provided by our onsite kitchen. As well, the Coach House can be configured into a culinary kitchen for an interactive cooking experience.

Event Spaces at Peller Estates

Easily within sight of Riverbend across the vineyards, we are able to provide transportation to Peller Estates so that you can stay at the Inn while using one of their venues.

A Sample Day for Corporate Retreats

8:00am | Early check-in and luggage drop

9:00am to 3:00pm | Meetings in the Coach House with a morning break, lunch and afternoon break

5:00pm | Post-meeting activity like a wine tasting or winery tour (including transportation)

7:00pm | Prix fixe dinner at the Oaklands

Next Day | Breakfast, check-out and a departure gift
