In February, Riverbend is celebrating our Wine Club members. This dinner will bring our second family together to celebrate our passion for food and wine. The Riverbend culinary team will be creating a four-course menu to be paired with our amazing Andrew Peller Wines.
From Coast to Coast, Canada has some of the world’s most recognizable ingredients. Spend an evening enjoying a four-course menu showcasing all things that make Canada stand out. Of course, every dish will be perfectly paired with a wine from our Canadian repertoire.
Andrew Peller has one of the most iconic winery portfolios in Canada. Chef Andrew MacNeil and Restaurant Manager Annette Rawlinson have hand pick some of their favorite wines to share with you this evening. The evening will start with a sparkling reception, followed by a five-course tasting menu to pair alongside these memorable wines.
Celebrate the Niagara Harvest with Chef Andrew MacNeil as he showcases the bounty of the Niagara Region. Chef Andrew will present you with a three-course menu inspired by the 2023 harvest in Niagara. After dinner you will venture out to the vineyard lawn to roast marshmallow over an open fire and enjoy dessert canapes.
